Some groups ask for your account login or a one-time code to "sync" predictions with your account — this is how they actually steal accounts and funds.
"Today's number is guaranteed," "only 5 slots left," or a countdown timer on the group itself — pressure tactics designed to stop you thinking it through.
A short checklist to tell the two apart
